OUR HISTORY
Founded in 2015, iShine Lash Factory embarked on its journey in the bustling heart of Hanoi city. Our founder, Hana Pham, had a deep-rooted passion for beauty and a belief in the transformative power of eyelash extensions.
Armed with extensive knowledge and a desire to create a brand that stood out from the rest, she embarked on a mission to provide high-quality eyelash products that would empower lash suppliers, lash techs and clients.
Up to now, our factory has expanded the scale and exported to main markets such as: Australia, US, Europe, etc.

We have 02 factories located in Thanh Hoa province and 1 office based in PSA Nghi Son Condotel, in seperate district.
Our factories have total 150 employees, including raw material team, manufacturing team, QC team, back-office team, etc.
